Daily Dose

The Basics

Daily Dose is Dr. Lipman's basic plan for overall health and wellness. Made up of the most important nutrients we need on a daily basis, it provides a solid foundation for long term health.

How to take it

Take two packets a day, one packet with breakfast and one packet with either lunch or dinner.

Why Daily Dose

Because unhealthy environments (indoor and outdoor), foods grown in minerally depleted soils and our busy 24/7 lifestyles can rob our bodies of the nutrients needed for optimal health and long term vitality.

Daily Dose is a powerhouse combination of premium, professional level supplements to ensure that your most important nutritional needs are always being met.

It builds up your immunity and increases your body's resilience to the stress it faces on a daily basis. It supplies the key nutrients Dr. Lipman finds are most often missing from people’s diets.

Highly bioactive and highly bioavailable ingredients are used because quality is a must. Daily Dose can be relied on to deliver results.

What do I get

Even if you already have a healthy lifestyle – eat nutrient-rich foods, exercise and keep a regular sleep pattern – Daily Dose supplies key ingredients to enhance nearly every system in your body.

  • The complete multivitamin-multimineral supports overall cellular function, ensuring that your body is always getting the essential nutrients it needs to remain robust.

  • Omega-3 fish oils promote a stronger immune system, better cardiovascular health, less inflammation, healthier joints, improved vision, and a more robust metabolism. They’ve also been shown to improve skin, hair, and nails, as well as cognitive functions like your thinking power, attention, mood and memory. Powerful stuff – that’s why we included them.

  • The broad range probiotic strengthens and promotes healthy gastrointestinal and digestive function, leading to increased immunity, one of the keys to living a healthier life.

  • Vitamin D3, blended with Vitamin K in the same capsule, supports strong healthy bones, enhances muscle strength, fights inflammation, bolsters immunity, and supports vascular, skin and cardiac health.

Ingredients

A full-spectrum complete multivitamin-multimineral, with additional ingredients not normally found in most multi's, purified omega 3 fish oils, a broad array of probiotics and vitamin D3 with vitamin K1 and K2. Copper and Iron Free. See the full list below.

FAQ's

Why do I need to take supplements?

Our Daily Dose supplements contain the essential nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis to function well, but that are difficult to obtain even if you are eating extremely healthily. Soil depletion robs even good food of vitamins and minerals and our water, air and living environments are not clean. Daily Dose will strengthen your immunity helping to protect you from compromised food sources and the environment and will bolster your entire system against the stresses of modern day life.

What are some of the benefits of taking Daily Dose supplements?

They will help strengthen your immunity and bolster your entire system against the stresses of modern day life.

Do the supplements need to be taken with food?

Yes as the body absorbs them more readily when taken with food.

Can I take Daily Dose if I am pregnant?

Yes, absolutely.

Can my children take Daily Dose supplements?

We recommend them for children ages 15 and older.

What is the difference between Daily Dose and the daily vitamins that I can buy at the grocery store?

The issue is quality. We use highly bioactive and bioavailable ingredients because good quality is the most important factor in determining effectiveness. Our supplements and formulas are strictly monitored for purity, quality and nutritional integrity. Freshness and potency are maintained through careful harvesting, processing and packaging.

If I don’t eat fish, what can I use instead of the fish oil capsule included in Daily Dose?

You can take one tablespoon of organic Flaxseed oil instead.

What happens if I forget to take a packet of Daily Dose?

Nothing, just continue as usual with the next dose.

Will anything happen if I suddenly stop taking Daily Dose supplements?

No, nothing will happen.

Are there any medications or foods that will react badly to the supplements in Daily Dose?

If you are taking any medication, you should always tell your doctor about taking supplements. No foods will react badly to the supplements.
