Vitamin D3 (5000)

The Basics

Super D3 is a super-charged version of Vitamin D3, containing 5,000 IU’s per dose.

Vitamin D is not only a key nutrient for supporting healthy bones, but it also aids in fighting inflammation, enhances muscle strength, supports healthy insulin function, bolsters the immune system and promotes cancer-fighting activity in the body. Vitamin K promotes the transport of calcium into bones and teeth for optimal strength.

What it does:

Vitamin D3 (5000) D3 contains a higher therapeutic dose of vitamin D than our Vitamin D3 (2000) supplement. The amount of vitamin D3 and K2 this product delivers can assist in correcting deficiencies in people who don’t get adequate sun exposure and/or dietary sources of these vitamins.

We combine vitamins D and K together because increasing one’s intake of vitamin D without extra vitamin K raises the risk of depositing calcium in arties and soft tissue. That’s why it’s crucial that these vitamins be taken together—they’re a dynamic duo. We put them into one capsule because it means less pills to take.

How to take it

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule per day or as directed by your health care practitioner.
